About Us
We are a church plant from the Golden Triangle Church on the Rock. The first service was held on March 28, 2004. After almost 7 years in a store front building on October 10, 2010 we moved into our new building located at 1355 W Round Bunch Rd. We are affiliated with the local Church on the Rock churches in our area and the Association of Related Churches (The Arc).


The Faulkners
Pastor Lance, Kim, Liam, & Presley

Lance graduated from Port Neches Groves high school in 1990. Received a Bachlor or Science in Corporate Communication in 1995. He spent 2 years studying at Southwestern Theological Baptist Seminary. After seminary he was a volunteer at Church on the Rock in Nederland. Lance and Kim were married on June 24, 2000. They currently live in Orangefield. They have 2 children, Liam (7) and Presley (5).

Kim is the worship leader. She graduated from Lamar University with a degree in Criminal Justice. She has been leading worship for over seven years. Worship is her passion! It is her desire to raise up other worship leaders in the local church.

What We Believe
 We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God.
(2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1-20).

We believe God is the creator and sustainer of the universe. God is eternally existent in three personalities: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three have the same nature and are one God.
(Genesis 1; John 1:3; Colossians 1:16; Hebrews 1:3; Psalm 90:2; Matthew 28:19; I Peter 1:2; II Corinthians 13:14).

We believe Jesus is both Lord and Christ, to the glory of God the Father. (Acts 1:9-11; 2:36; Philippians 2:9-11).

We believe in salvation by grace through faith in the finished work of Christ. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. (Romans 10:9-10; Acts 2:21; 1 John 1:12).

We believe that the Holy Spirit is sent by Jesus to indwell, empower, teach, guide and comfort believers.
(Luke 12:12; Romans 8-11; John 16:13; Acts 1:7-8, 9:31).

We believe in the imminent return of Jesus Christ, who will come to rule as King on the earth with the saints.
(Acts 1:9-11; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-5:2; Revelation 19:11-21, 22:20).
